The carpeted efficiency apartment includes kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, spacious bathroom with shower, double rod closet, mini blinds, ceiling fan, individually controlled air conditioner, and sprinklers. The Regency suites are all equipped with an emergency call response system and other safety features. Our Prices effective August 1, 2011, range from $2,450 to $2,950 per month depending on the efficiency apartment floor plan the resident chooses.
